Cuffing Season

We have named the phenomenon of suddenly seeking out a regular warm body for those long winter nights and even given the search a whole season. That’s right folks it’s cuffing season and it’s in full swing! Texts messages are picking up, the thirst at happy hour events is amplified, and the cutie you take the train with every morning is giving you extra eye. Be choosey, keep a fresh mani, a pair of versatile heels under your desk and a few cosmetics in your purse for quick touch-ups.

There are some hilarious blog posts out there, we loved this one, but most are geared towards guys. Some friends and I sat down and had a conversation about cuffing, and wanted to come up with some guidelines for the ladies.  The fruits of that conversation are summed up over at the Elle Files.

You never know where a relationship is headed be it good, bad or *gasp* ugly, so keep your eyes and ears open. Remember to have fun but most importantly ladies be safe and be smart and you’ll come out of the cuff ready to hit the ground running come spring!
